Justin Cepeda is an artist manager based in Seattle, Washington. With over 12 years in the music industry, he specializes in artist management, record label operations, and music strategy consulting. He is the founder of J. Culture MGMT, where he provides hands-on development and career guidance for independent artists, and Mindful Artist Manager, a platform that encourages artists to make career decisions with emotional intelligence and overall well-being at the forefront. His work emphasizes building sustainable careers through authentic brand development, release planning, and live performance strategy.
Before focusing full-time on artist management, Justin spent more than a decade in tech and digital operations. The problem-solving, organization, and systems-based thinking from that experience now shape his management style, allowing him to build clear structures while supporting the unique needs of each artist. Known for blending strategy with empathy, Justin is dedicated to helping artists navigate the music industry with confidence, balance, and long-term vision.

Admin / Coordinator
Nicole is the Coordinator at J. Culture MGMT, where she oversees show bookings, coordinates communications, facilitates release strategies, and supports overall operations. She joined the team in June 2025, bringing experience in executive support, project coordination, and event logistics that allows her to maintain organized, efficient systems while keeping artist needs at the forefront. Nicole’s background in managing complex schedules and communications enables her to ensure that creative visions are executed with clarity and precision. Working primarily with emerging talent, she focuses on aligning operational strategy with artistic goals, helping artists navigate releases, performances, and audience engagement. Her combination of organizational skill and industry insight makes her a key contributor to J. Culture MGMT’s mission of developing sustainable, artist-centered careers.
