Bio

Justin Cepeda is a Seattle-based artist manager specializing in long-term career development for independent electronic artists. As the founder of J. Culture MGMT and The Mindful Artist Manager, and co-founder of Low House Records, he combines 12+ years of music industry experience with a decade in tech and digital operations to bring structure, strategy, and emotional intelligence to every project. Through J. Culture MGMT, Justin guides artists through branding, release planning, live performance strategy, and sustainable career design. His systems-driven background enables him to create structured workflows for creative work, helping artists grow confidently without losing clarity or balance.
